Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine review

My, my, it’s been a while since I have blogged! Well, here’s my chance to get back into it! So as most of you already know I am a bzzagent and for those of you who don’t know what a bzzagent is you can definitely search around the web and tons of information will pop up for ya! Anyways, I was able try out some new products from Garnier Fructis that were sent to me just about a month ago. I was very glad to receive my package in the mail because I was finishing up the last bit of shampoo and conditioner I had left and to tell you the truth I was actually getting pretty tired of them because I wasn’t seeing any results from what I was using. At the same time of being excited I was also worried about using the new shampoo and conditioner from Garnier Fructis because I used to use their products before from the extreme damaged hair line (or that’s what I think it is) it came in a dark green bottle && it also contained a 3 minute revival treatment to mend and repair dry and damaged hair) I really didn’t enjoy it too much because instead of mending my hair && making it softer, all it did was my hair look greasy disgusting && just plain horrible! Every time I would use it my boyfriend would look at my hair && tell me that I needed to wash my hair even on the days I would wash my hair! My hair looked completely dead at the roots && I hated it with all my heart!

However, this time around I was sent the shampoo and conditioner from the Sleek and Shine line again I was really worried about having flat hair and greasy looking roots. But I decided to give it a try and thought hey it wouldn’t hurt just to try it! OMG!! Was I in for a surprise!

The first day I used it was on a rainy day! Yes a rainy day ladies!! We all know that is the worst day for our hair but hey I had to make sure it worked  ; )   Okay, so I washed my hair && had it wrapped in my towel as I did my makeup for the day. Once I had unwrapped my hair from the towel, I then place some leave in conditioning cream from Garnier Fructis as well. (No this was not sent to me! I like this stuff even with other shampoos and conditioners.) After I let it air dry about 75 – 80% of the way, I began to blow dry my hair like usual and immediately I can tell a difference in my hair! My hair felt so light && fluffy and it was moving like I had silky smooth natural straight hair! As I finished up I couldn’t help but think wow my hair looks beautiful and I couldn’t believe how shiny it was. I usually have to put serum in my hair for an extra added shine but this time I really didn’t need any. But because I haven’t gotten my ends cut in a while I still added some brilliantine shine glistening drops from Garnier Fructis just at my ends to make me feel better lol.

As I ran to my car I kept thinking to myself OMG! I’m going to ruin my hair after all the work I put into it but when I sat down everything still looked the same! Rain drops and all, my hair did NOT frizz up nor did it fall flat it looked just like it did from when I left my house! On top of that I had to go to work and my hair STILL looked just as amazing as it did in the morning && that’s something I couldn’t get over.

Since I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner I haven’t felt the need to wash my hair so much because my hair looks great 3-5 days later. Of course I have to touch up my roots to add more volume but for my ends, they look great!
