Update: What's been going on in Jessenia's life?

Well well well, look at what the cat has drug in from space! Yes, I know I've been M.I.A for who knows how long now?  I am here to say that there shall be nomore of that anymore and I shall continue to blog as always intended to. I've just been extremely busy with life. You know how that can be. You work, you come home, you take care of your baby (if you have one or more) you take care of your husband, wife, loved one, partner ; )  you do your daily house duties and you worry about whats going to happen the next day. On top of all that, you tend to forget to make time for yourself and do something you truely enjoy doing. For instance, I've been slacking on my blog post and my video making. Of course it's no intentionally but I just wasn't able to make time at all. BUT no worries I am back and I will TRY to post a blog a day even if it's just telling you how my day went!

So what's been going on in the life of Jessenia? Whelp, I've been working at Sephora as a makeup artist/ Color Expert and I have to say it's a really fun place to work at. I mean seriously, who wouldn't like to get paid to play with makeup all day? I know I do! No, really though, it's a lot of work and it's a job where you have to have a great deal of patience but the outcome is amazing. I love after applying a full face of makeup on a client who in the beginning of the process had no confidence at all but after I finish their face they take a good look at themselves and tear up. It's an amazing feeling to know that you made someone feel so much better after adding just a little glitz and glam to their lives.

I've also done makeup for a fashion show in New York! I honestly can not remember what the show was called because of how excited I was! I never even bothered to ask my friend (who had given me the opportunity to go with her) what the show was called actually lol. All I know is that the line had sexy lingerie for plus size women and it was just a beautiful show over all. Here are just some of the pictures I had received from that evening.

 

 

 

These ladies worked the runway like nobody's business! If I was ever given the opportunity to do it again, you bet your last dollar I will! I enjoyed each and every moment of it!

 

 

As for my personal life? Well, it's great. I do plan on losing at least 25 pounds by the summer time! I know a lot of people think that maybe a lot but honestly it's really not. I just want to be healthy and more active for my daughter. She is 3 years old now and boy does she love to run and jump and climb all around! I have to keep up with her you know? This past October my boyfriend and I turned 7 years together and that was really exciting. Besides that guys I think that's it. Overall, ife is great I can't complain right now because I simply can't.
